Target Corporation awarded the Target Compton Store project with the highest state score for compliance to Target standards, as well as the #1 architect-contractor-inspector team in California.  On its first Target Store project, RAW International, which was one of four architects chosen nationwide, achieved this outstanding recognition for design and delivery of the 102,000 square-foot, four-dock, big box retail facility.

RAW worked closely with the client to integrate Target’s design standards, carefully reconfiguring its well-developed prototype to comply with local building codes while fitting the store into the new 600,000-square foot commercial and residential development in which it was situated.
