Programmming

Planning
RAW begins the planning process with the end in mind. Working closely with our clients at the outset, RAW cultivates a vision for the outcome of a project. This vision is then supported by the planning effort, which by its nature is structured and process-driven.

Design
Whatever the design challenge, RAW seeks to push the creative envelope while operating within firmly established and well managed pragmatic boundaries. As designers, we have both a responsibility and an obligation to clearly understand our clients’ goals and requirements. Only then can we develop ideas that are intelligent and artful - powerful and inspirational.

Project/Construction Management
Superior management, while never losing sight of the ultimate goal, nevertheless manages to anticipate situations, organize available resources, and provide effective leadership in determining and implementing appropriate responses along the path of a project. RAW applies proactive and proven program and construction management techniques to meet quality schedule and cost objective.
